As a startup operations consultant for BLKChip Gallery, I am responsible for streamlining and optimizing the gallery’s operational processes during its early stages. I work closely with our creative team to establish systems for inventory management, event coordination, and customer engagement, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. My role also involves identifying growth opportunities, refining the gallery’s business strategies, and fostering strong relationships with artists and the local community. Through these efforts, I help BLKChip establish itself as a unique and vibrant space for contemporary art in Boston.
