We believe in the power of intersectional change to bridge divides and dismantle systems of inequity, polarization, and bias across race, ethnicity, gender, age, income, and industry. Our mission is to challenge and transform existing systems that perpetuate exclusion, moving beyond traditional models that uphold injustice. We are committed to creating inclusive spaces that empower individuals from all communities, regardless of their background or experience, and to fostering a culture of equity, opportunity, and support for everyone.

    We see soccer as a powerful tool that can be used to bring together our global city and shift our history of inequity, polarization, disconnection and bias across race, ethnicity, age, income, and industry.     NCF makes a forever pledge to build a Commonwealth where Black & Brown non-profit leaders and communities have equitable access to philanthropic dollars. We aspire to a world that listens to those who are most harmed by systemic racism and allows them to lead the collective movement to dismantle it – because we simply cannot wait for these injustices to resolve themselves organically, or for systemic racism to die from natural causes.     Athlete Ally believes that everyone should have equal access, opportunity, and experience in sports - regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression. Our mission is to end homophobia and transphobia in sport and to activate the athletic community to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality. Learn more

  • Empowering Female Athletes to Become Leaders

    The mission of the Boston Dream Soccer Association is to foster leadership development for women and girls. Dream offers soccer players education and training in leadership, coaching and career development, and connects these women to opportunities throughout New England via community-based initiatives.   • Dismantling Barriers In Sport For All

    PCFC was created to dismantle the barriers to competitive athletic training and opportunity, and to provide a safe and brave space for all youth to gain skills, confidence, educational and emotional support. In addition to supporting low-income, immigrant and refugee youth, PCFC is one of the only youth soccer clubs in the nation that openly encourages and supports LGBTQ+ players, coaches and parents.     Eep’s Peeps was founded in loving memory of Erin Prediger who passed away from cancer in 2019. Our hope is to share Erin’s love of life and celebrate her legacy by bringing together friends, family, and teammates in the ultimate team effort to create spaces in her memory at the places she loved most.
